Vladimira is an experienced school administrator with over 15 years of international school experience. She has previously served as a Vice Principal of International Curricula, Head of Mathematics and science and mathematics teacher at international schools in London, Bahrain and Prague. Her qualifications include a postgraduate teacher training degree (PGCE) from the UK as well as Bachelors and Masters qualifications from the UK and Europe and Coaching certification from the USA.
Mrs. Moseley is proud to lead the academics at Hill Castle, working with incoming students to be sure that they are in the correct courses, then supporting teachers as they deliver lessons and build relationships with students.
Outside of school, Mrs. Moseley is active outdoors where she enjoys the hills and forests around her home in the Czech Republic. She is an avid traveler with preferences for warm destinations with lots of fresh, tropical foods.

The Academic Coach has the exact same access that parents have, providing extra support for students and families as they get acquainted with the many tools and resources.
Students studying from home require their parent, or another responsible adult, to serve as the 'learning coach'. The learning coach works in conjunction with the teacher, helping facilitate progress through the daily lessons and working to modify the pace and schedule according to the child's needs. The learning coach assists the student to stay on schedule, monitors attendance, and communicates with the online teachers.
Although parents play the role of learning coach for their students in managing the schedule and ensuring the student is completing work at a reasonable pace, teachers remain constantly involved to monitor progress, ensure mastery, and develop specific intervention plans.
